[Assocorce] I: [Clubtsunami] I sabati astroturistici di novembre e dicembre 2025 - The astrotourism saturdays of novembre and december 2025

Carissimi soci ed amici, 

come già riportato nelle News sul sito www.tsunamiclub.it <http://www.tsunamiclub.it>  , associazione consorella con cui Assocorce e CNAI collaborano per i programmi di astroturismo, vi confermiamo i primi appuntamenti del programma in oggetto in Alta Sabina (Provincia di Rieti):

il primo Camp “Bring your smartphone” di osservazione e fotografia astronomica si svolgerà il 22 novembre 2025 presso la Clubhouse Tsunami Club di Belmonte in Sabina, via Ville 7. Belmonte in S. è raggiungibile in auto (SS4 Salaria) in circa un'ora da Roma Est oppure in bus Cotral (ca. 1 ora e 1/2) con corse ogni ora in partenza da Roma Tiburtina - Rieti (una navetta è a disposizione per il transfer da Rieti Cotral Terminal a Belmonte in S. con orario unico ore 12, con possibile light lunch tipico in città e visita del Ponte romano sulla via Salaria Antica verso Belmonte). 

L'appuntamento è alla Clubhouse per le 15,30 (puntuali) e la conclusione prevista entro le 18,30; da lì ci dirigeremo a piedi nella attigua zona attrezzata "open air" per una "session" di osservazione e fotografia: Sole al tramonto, Luna nuova e vari altri pianeti del Sistema solare. Portate il vostro smartphone avendo già scaricato l'app free Stellarium per il mapping (per esempio da Google Play) e possibilmente verificate per i migliori risultati che esso sia opzionalmente configurabile in modalità "Pro" onde implementare insieme le migliori impostazioni (tempo di esposizione, filtri, diaframma, ISO, ecc.). Il programma, in caso di meteo sfavorevole, verrà svolto lo stesso ma interamente presso la Clubhouse con il briefing e debriefing tecnico ma usando immagini registrate.

Concluderà la serata un dinner buffet astronautico - medievale (di ispirazione francescana tipo fratello Sole sorella Luna et le Stelle tucte) con menu a sorpresa e relativa "narrazione" storico culinaria (laboratorio ingredienti antichi e moderni). Il tutto con una vibrante performance "live" di musica medievale sacra e profana liuto (Lorenzo Sabene) e voce soprano (Eleonora Aleotti) per ricreare l'ambientazione della mistica contemplazione degli astri di ispirazione monastica.

Per chi desidera possiamo organizzare il transfer e il pernotto a Rieti sabato presso strutture di nostra fiducia a prezzi ragionevoli. Altre iniziative corredano questo "core" astroturistico (bike ride guidato e assistito con shuttle van + bike trailer, da Belmonte in S. a Rocca Sinibalda, visita del Castello omonimo, visita del Santuario di Greccio, ecc.) sia il sabato mattina che la domenica successiva.

La capienza è limitata per cui chi desidera confermare il proprio interesse già manifestato o registrarsi ex novo è pregato di comunicarlo al più presto a tsunamiclub at shortman.it oppure telefonando a +39 335 6303504. Il costo di partecipazione all'iniziativa "core" è di 50€ (da versarsi anticipatamente) comprensivo dell'iscrizione annuale a Tsunami Club, della partecipazione al Camp e al seguente buffet dinner con i transfers annessi. Non esitate a contattarci per ogni chiarimento. Vi anticipiamo infine che circa la successiva data programmata del sabato 29 novembre stiamo considerando un "merge" con il contemporaneo evento di osservazione astronomica presso il Castello di Mompeo (RI), in collaborazione con il CNAI, per cui vi informeremo presto dei dettagli, che per le parti restanti intendiamo lasciare più o meno invariate. In arrivo anche info sui programmi di Camps preannunciati per il prossimo dicembre.

Dearest Members and friends, 

as already published in the website www.tsunamiclub.it <http://www.tsunamiclub.it>  (News), of the sister association which collaborates with Assocorce and CNAI on the programme hereabove, we confirm the first dates, to be held in the Alta Sabina region (Rieti Province):

the first “Bring your smartphone Camp of astronomical observation and photography will be held on the on 22nd november 2025 at the Tsunami Club Clubhouse, in Belmonte in Sabina (Rieti), via Ville 7. Belmonte in S. is reachable by car (SS4 Salaria motorway) in about 1 hour from East Rome or by Co.tral bus running hourly departing (ca. 1 and 1/2 hours) from Roma Tiburtina Railway Stop all the way to Rieti. In Rieti our free shuttle is available at 12.00 including  a stop available on the way for a light lunch at a typical restaturant, as well as for a sightseeing of the old roman pilgrimage road and bridge in Belmonte in S.

The Camp start is at 15,30 sharp and its conclusion foreseen within 18,30. From there we will walk to the close-by equipped "open air" area to hold our observation and photography session: the Sun at sunset, the new Moon and various Solar system planets. Bring your smartphones making sure you have dloaded beforehand the Stellarium free app (from i.e. Google Play) to perform the necessary preparatory "mapping" of your preferred subjects, and possibly also verify, for the best results, that it is configurable in "Pro" mode, in order to enable the best settings (exposure time, filters, diaphragms, ISO, etc.). In case of bad weather conditions, the event will take place anyway but entirely at the Clubhouse inlcuding briefing, debriefing and using recorded images. 

The event will conclude with an astronautical - medieval buffet dinner (inspired to the franciscan canticle of brother Sun, sister Moon and all the Stars) featuring a surprise menu and the relative historical and culinary narration (ancient and contemporary ingredients laboratory). Everything accompanied by a vibrant "live" musical performance of a medieval lute and soprano voice sacred and profane selection, to recreate the setting of mystical astral contemplation typical of the franciscan Order.

We can also organise a free shuttle transfer to Rieti and book a saturday overnight stay at structures of our network at reasonable prices. Other events integrate the astrotourism "core" such as a guided e-bike ride assisted by shuttle van + bike trailer, from Belmonte in S. to Rocca Sinibalda, a visit to the namesake Castle, a visit to Greccio franciscan Santuary, etc. on saturday morning and the following sunday.

Due to the limited admittance we please ask you in case of interest to confirm or notify your interest at soonest to tsunamiclub at shortman.it or calling +39 335 6303504. The "core" programme participation fee is 50€ (to be paid upon confirmation) including the club's yearly registration fee, the Camp participation, as well as to the subsequent buffet dinner including the shuttle transfers with Rieti. Don't hesitate to contact us for any clear-ups. We finally inform you that for the following Camp's date schedulef on saturday 29th november a "merge" is under consideration wit the contemporary CNAI astronomical event at Mompeo Castle (RI). Therefore we will soon give you specific details, while the remaining parts will be left unchanged. We will also soon go into details with the Camps scheduled in the next month of december (20th and 27th).
