Questa realtà, che ci proponiamo di caratterizzare con i profili internazionali a noi consoni, è iscritta al RUNTS (Registro Terzo Settore), titolare di contributi fiscali 5 per mille e riconosciuta tra gli Enti collaboranti con ANAC sul tema del “whistleblowing”, recentemente potenziato in linea con i dettami EU dal DLgs 24/2023. Essa è quindi particolarmente strutturata per la tutela del cittadino contro la mala amministrazione e la corruzione pubblica. Tra i temi che stiamo già ponendo alla attenzione ci sono: le penalizzanti anomalie nei processi di equiparazione dei titoli di studio superiore esteri in Italia; i fenomeni diffusi di malessere organizzativo e mobbing e quindi di inefficienza della P.A. come fattore competitivo Paese sullo scenario globale (qui vorremmo proporre un evento ad hoc nel 2024, il diffondersi di una capillare dissimulata cultura della illegalità e del malaffare in comprovata carenza di tutela da parte delle forze dell’ordine e della magistratura. <o:p></o:p></span></pre><pre style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'><o:p> </o:p></span></pre><pre style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>Fateci avere le vostre osservazioni. We are also promoting the contemporary subscription of our members to the newly set up ETS <b><a href="http://www.italiacivile.org/">Italia Civile</a></b>. This Entity, which we have in mind to characterise with our international profiles, is a member of the RUNTS roster (Charter of the italian Third Sector), entitled to 5 on 1000 fiscal contributions on the Tax Returns, and a chartered subject of ANAC (Italy’s Anti Corruption Authority in the Civil Service) to collaborate in the tracking of “whistleblowing” channels, strengthened by the freshly enforced DLgs 24/2023. Italia Civile is therefore especially aimed at the tutoring of citizens against Civil Service organisational inefficiencies and corruption. Among the areas which we have already tackled there are: the penalising misfuctionings of the equivalence processes of foreing (and firstly in the EU) high studies awards in Italy; the widespread evidences of organisational inefficiencies and mobbing in the italian Civil Service as a competitive Country penalisation on the global scenario (we would like to organise an event in 2024); the increasing disguised illegality culture in society face to the proven shortcomings of police forces and judicial powers.<o:p></o:p></span></i></pre><pre style='text-align:justify'><i><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'><o:p> </o:p></span></i></pre><pre style='text-align:justify'><i><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>Let us have your observations.
