Dear “nudgers”, 

pensiamo di fare cosa utile nell’aggiornarvi sulle varie tracce di azione aperte per questo Gruppo:

1.	Proposta di costituzione di una MedEA & PI Alumni Association

La proposta in questione è stata ufficialmente annunciata sia ai diretti interessati che ad una audience più ampia. In questo ultimo senso, per esempio, abbiamo iniziato rapporti informativi con enti accademici italiani che si sono occupati con variegati esiti di concedere le equipollenze dei nostri titoli PhD ai fini dell’ordinamento italiano (informativa circa la trasformazione di MedEA da HEI in University e contestuale statutaria assunzione da parte della stessa della “liability” sul rilascio dei titoli pregressi da parte di Pegaso International, il che dovrebbe facilitare i flussi di equipollenza predetti). Ringraziamo anticipatamente coloro tra voi che vorranno sottoscrivere sin dal corrente anno la quota promo “contact” Assocorce (40€) per supportarci in questo sforzo, che varrà temporaneamente come sottoscrizione al primo nucleo promotore della costituenda Associazione (possibile anche online con carta di credito – andare alla sezione Attività del sito www.assocorce.it <http://www.assocorce.it>  )

2.	Coordinamento informativo e operativo su linee di R&D / Education / Consulenza

Come Assocorce siamo (insieme alla rete consulenziale Shortman Consultants www.shortman.it <http://www.shortman.it>  e alla consorella associativa Tsunami Club www.tsunamiclub.it <http://www.tsunamiclub.it>  ) orientati a promuovere le “new economies – new societies” ovvero che evolvono da paradigmi organizzativi verticali – industriali verso paradigmi orizzontali tematici, essenzialmente “sostenibili”, quali in primis Circolarità, Biotecnologie, Smart Tourism, Space Economy, Nanotech, Digital, etc.  Una delle sfide principali per questi nuovi “settori”, sui quali si registrano i più elevati potenziali di crescita, è che sono scarsamente strutturate le reti statistiche per monitorare i loro trends (produttivi, occupazionali) e noi qui proponiamo una metodica stratificata (satellitare) basata su Panels ad hoc, molto interessante per associazioni, clusters, o altri enti promozionali pubblici e privati che operano in questi domini e necessitano di indici obiettivi. Tra gli studi in corso, che stiamo preparando per Convegni e Conferenze internazionali, e che potranno generare opportunità Education o Consulenziali vi sono (e aperti a contributi in co-authorships da parte vostra):

*	In materia di E-learning inclusivo e operativo finalizzato all’Africa (vedi Piano Mattei) lo studio "The use of low cost small satellite systems is an essential element for the success of innovative inclusive development projects in Africa and elsewhere" – questo abstract è stato accolto per la presentazione alla "MakeLearn&TIIMPIConf2026" in Lubiana (Slovenia), 21-23 may 2026 
*	In materia di Smart International Tourism – lo studio “An enlarged Panel confirms the strong growth of Space aware smart international tourism" –  Questo abstract è in corso di valutazione per una presentazione da effettuarsi nel Simposio Space and Society alla “IAC (International Astronautical Conference)" che avrà luogo a Antalya (Turchia) il 5-9 ottobre 2026
*	In materia di metodologie statistiche atte (Panel based satellite layered approach) alla misurazione dei trends delle New Economies lo studio “The need to standardise methodologies and definitions for measuring general Space Economy trends in the western Countries and WorldWide" – Questo abstract è a sua volta in corso di valutazione come sopra per la Conferenza IAC Antalya 2026. Si noti che nel calare questa metodologia all’interno di una Comunità industriale e di ricerca (nel caso specifico del comparto “Spazio”) italiana, ha portato anche alla creazione su www.shortman.it <http://www.shortman.it>  (come potrà accadere anche per gli altri settori) di un’area informativa “Space4Italy” con una newsletter periodica mensile.

3.	Tracce etiche

In collegamento con enti quali Italia Civile ETS, Transparency International e Polizia e Democrazia stiamo proponendo progetti mediatici per la costruzione di una più profonda coscienza etica “bottom-up” nazionale.

4.	Proposal for the setup of a MedEA & PI Alumni Association

The hereabove proposal was officially announced both to the interested entities as well as to a wider audience. In this latter sense, for instance, we have started info relations with italian Universities that have been involved already, with different outcomes, in the equalisation process of our PhD titles into the italian system – information about the transformation of MedEA from HEI to University in Malta and its  contemporary statutory assumption of liability for previously issued titles by Pegaso International. We thank in advance those of you willing to support us in this effort by subscribing this year’s promo “contact” Assocorce fee (40€),  which will be also valid as a temporary subscription to the first promoter “core” of the future Association (this is possible by online credit card paynent – go to the dedicated area on the Activities section of the www.assocorce.it <http://www.assocorce.it>  website). 

5.	Info and operational coordination on the R&D, Education and Consultancy lines

Assocorce aims (along with the Shortman Consultants www.shortman.it <http://www.shortman.it>  and the sister association Tsunami Club www.tsunamiclub.it <http://www.tsunamiclub.it>  ) to promote the structuting of “new economies – new societies”, or in other words those evolving from vertical – industrial traditional organisational paradigms toward  innovative thematic horizontal and sustainable ones, among which firstly Circularity, Biotechnologies, Smart International Tourism, Space Economy, Nanotech, Digital, etc. One major pitfall of these fast growing new sectors is in their scarcely structured statistical monitoring (production, workforce trends) and to this regard we propose a “layered – satellite” Panel based measuring methodology, which can be very interesting for industrial associations, clusters, or any other promotional public and private entity operating in these domains and needing therefore reliable objective indexes. Among the studies in preparation to be presented soon at international Conferences, and that can therefore generate opportunities for R&D, Education and Consultancy activities (open to your co-authorship contributions), we can mention:

*	Regarding statistical methodologies usable  (Panel based satellite layered approach) for measuring the trends of New Economies the study “The need to standardise methodologies and definitions for measuring general Space Economy trends in the western Countries and WorldWide" – this abstract is under evaluation for a presentation as above at IAC Antalya 2026 Conference, at the Space Economy Symposium. Please note that the application of such a methodology in an industrial and R&D Community can generate, apart from the statistcal tools, other digital communication and coordination tools (see the case of the italian Space sector i.e. the creation on www.shortman.it <http://www.shortman.it>  of the Space4Italy info area)

6.	Ethical paths

In connection with entities like Italia Civile ETS, Transparency International Italia e Polizia e Democrazia magazine, we are proposing some mediatic initiatives to build a stronger “bottom up” sense of belonging in all persons who pursue transparency and ethics in their business and social activities
