Oltre a presentare anticipazioni sull’abstract che ho sottomesso (E-Learning via Satellite per l’Africa …) insieme ad altri di noi in co-authoriship, per la Conferenza PIConf 2026 di Lubiana il prossimo maggio <u>ho utilizzato la spazio di attenzione, come vi avevo preannunciato, con l’introduzione del CEO di MEDEA David Vannozzi con il quale sono intervenute nelle ultime settimane / mesi varie interlocuzioni e contatti, per <b>informare la platea dell’iniziativa per la creazione di una Alumni Association PI & MEDEA</b> che potrebbe creare numerose utili sinergie allo sviluppo della Nuova Università maltese.<o:p></o:p></u></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify'><span style='mso-ligatures:none'>Rimane tra le correnti priorità il supporto per la soluzione dell’annoso problema dell’equipollenza del titolo PI PhD in Italia per la qual cosa sto coordinando azioni mie e di altri nudgers su vari fronti: 1) accertare se e come MEDEA assorbe le certificazioni del titolo che già furono di P.I. HEI (il che costituirebbe un grosso passo avanti), 2) capire se UniPegaso (ora completamente distaccata da MEDEA sotto la holding Multiversity) ha alla fine messo in atto il proprio processo interno di equipollenza; 3) capire le logiche in base alle quali le equipollenze rilasciate da altre Università italiane (tipo Bicocca Milano) lo siano senza condizioni, oppure condizionate a integrare il corso con esami o altro, oppure diniegate. Apart from my submitted abstract (in co-authorship with some of you) to the next Lubiana PIConf 2026 (Satellite band e-Learning in Africa, ..) i used the occasion, after an introduction by MEDEA CEO Prof. David Vannozzi, with whom several positive contacts were carried out in the last months, <b>to inform the audience about the proposal for a creation of an Alumni Association PI and MEDEA</b>, which could generate a number of useful sinergies for the new Malta University.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify'><i><span style='mso-ligatures:none'>Among the priorities we still have the solution of the equivalence problem of the PhD title in Italy and to this aim various actions are under way: 1) to verify if and how MEDEA intends to certificate the titles issued by P.I. L'Avvocato Stea, autore del positivo ricorso TAR Campania avverso UniPegaso già menzionato, mi ha fornito vari preziosi inputs dalla sua esperienza diretta, che riepilogo qui sotto, e sui quali rimango / rimaniamo a disposizione per ogni ulteriore chiarimento:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;mso-ligatures:none;mso-fareast-language:IT'>- la sentenza TAR Campania ha "sbloccato" l'iniziale reticenza di UniPegaso a procedere con la certificazione di equipollenza nell'ordinamento nazionale dei titoli internazionali del proprio Gruppo. The juniors group was coordinated by our colleague Prof. Roberto Fotia and had an enriching chance to attend my IP (Interactive Presentation) at the stands, on the fastly growing spin in / spin out activities of this New Space Economy sector, involving and fertilizing almost all of the traditional terrestrial industrial productions, as well as a guided tour of the <br>same stands with some Q&A with the same Exhibitors in the domain of transportation, communication, life in space and space services for terrestrial usage. As a result of this initiative we have now 2 educational products available for any kind of training support (starting from the<br>high school level) published on the IAF (International Astronautical Federation) platform. Because to the already present module on the features, financing and management of the new small satellite systems for terrestrial uses (G.P. Sciortino, A. Chazelle) , published last year on the Baku IAC 2023, the new above mentioned IP presented in Milan was added (G.P. Sciortino).
