[Socitsunami] Convocazione Assemblea Tsunami Club 4 Aprile 2025 e prossime iniziative - Our 2025 Tsunami Club Assembly and next initiatives

Cari soci, 

come anticipato nella Convocazione (vedi qui sotto) per la nostra Assemblea Ordinaria 2025, vi alleghiamo la bozza di bilancio consuntivo 2024 e previsionale 2025, di cui al punto 1) dell’OdG. L’Assemblea comincerà alle 18.30. 

Contattateci se desiderate inserire qualche argomento o osservazione specifica sulle tracce aperte, o qualche nuovo titolo da inserire in AoB. 

Ricordiamo inoltre che è necessario:

1)Comunicare la propria adesione all’Assemblea preventivamente per coloro che intendono partecipare in presenza, ivi compresi loro ospiti

2)Comunicare la propria adesione come sopra, per ragioni organizzative, anche per i soci votanti che intendono partecipare online con pieni poteri sul link teleconferenza MSTeams, altresì aperto in via ordinaria per partecipazioni non votanti

Ricordiamo che riceveranno particolare attenzione le iniziative di turismo tematico esplorativo del Programma TuTourItaly realizzate insieme ad Assocorce, tra le quali:

- il MiniCamp di astrofotografia in Belmonte in Sabina (RI) il sabato 5 aprile p.v. (vedi la locandina in fondo alla precedente email e sul sito nelle News), e le altre iniziative a contorno (mini trekking con narrazione storica sulla antica Salaria dei pellegrini tra Rieti e Monteleone Sabino, cena medievale); necessario prenotare sin d’ora

- i prossimi Scouting Parties aperti sugli itinerari TuTourItaly programmati in alcuni weekends della  prossima Primavera ed Estate: Alto e Basso Viterbese (percorsi geologici e del benessere), Trieste Mitteleuropea (esplorazione naturale e culturale lungo l’asse della “Parenzana”)

Avremo anche modo di presentare la IV edizione, in svolgimento entro la fine di maggio, del Padel Tournament “Beginners” Tsunami Club presso il Panda Club di Roma, via Nomentana

Dear Members, 

as previously communicated regarding (see herebelow) our Ordinary yearly Assembly 2025, we attach herewith our draft 2024 Statements and 2025 Budget, to approve as by item 1) on the Agenda. The Assembly will start at 18.30.

Do not hesitate to contact us if  you wish to add any new items or observations to discussion. 

We also remind you that it is required:

1)To register in advance if you wish to take part to the Assembly in person, including your welcome guests

2)To register as above, for organisational purposes, also if you are a Member wishing to express his voting right online via the dedicated MSTeams link. The latter is open anyway unlimitedly for non voting participations

We remind you that the discussions will be mainly focussed on our thematic / exploration tourism initiatives, within the TuTourItaly Programme, carried out jointly with  Assocorce, among which:

- the Astrophotography minicamp in Belmonte in Sabina (RI) on Saturday 5 april next  (see the bottom poster in the previous email and our website www.tsunamiclub.it <http://www.tsunamiclub.it>  in the News section), and the other accessory events (the narrative mini-trekking on the Old Via Salaria track of the medieval pilgrimages to Rome, the medieval dinner); early booking required

The next Open Scouting Parties on the  TuTourItaly itineraries scheduled on several weekends during nex Spring and Summer:  Northern and Southern Viterbo Province (geological and fitness routes), Middle European Trieste (natural and cultural exploration alolng the Parenzana bike route)

We will also have a chance to present you the IV edition of the Tsunami Club “Beginners” Spring Tournament, to be held on next may at the  Panda Club of via Nomentana, Rome

Cari soci,

come già pubblicato sulle News del sito, l’Assemblea ordinaria annuale 2025 di Tsunami Club si terrà in prima convocazione il 3/04 ore 23:00 ed in seconda e definitiva convocazione il 4/04 ore 18-20 presso la sede di Shortman Consultants Via Enrico Glori 40 (RM). Si terranno in sequenza due sessioni. La prima dedicata a Tsunami Club, e la seconda subito dopo dedicata alla consorella Assocorce. 

Si concluderà la serata con un apericena fingerfood a  base di prodotti dei Territori degli itinerari TutourItaly. L’Assemblea è aperta agli invitati dei soci che desiderano conoscere le nostre attività – RSVP su questa email o su 335 6303504. Il diritto di voto ovviamente è dei soli soci in regola con la quota 2025 (si prega con l’occasione chi non lo avesse fatto di regolarizzare, anche utilizzando l’area dei pagamenti online con carta di credito, cliccando l’apposita opzione). Sarà possibile anche, al link MSTeams a fondo pagina, la partecipazione online, sia votante (necessario segnalare con congruo anticipo se soci votanti intendono avvalersi della possibilità) che da uditore / simpatizzante.

Qui di sotto anticipiamo l’OdG, che rimane aperto anche per la segnalazione di altri argomenti di interesse: 

1.	Approvazione bilancio consuntivo 2024 e preventivo 2025 (a breve si invierà separatamente la bozza ai soci)
2.	Giro di tavola su come incrementare la membership e avanzamento iniziative promozionali, anche tramite Assocorce e la DMO H2O
3.	Iniziative di cooperazione umanitaria e charity (Ucraina, Burundi e Tanzania)
4.	Iniziative sportive: date del prossimo Tsunami Padel Tournament Beginners del prossimo maggio a Roma – New Panda Club, via Nomentana 1070 (all in one day)
5.	Andamento “open scouting parties” operativi  sui 4 itinerari tematici internazionali per il Lazio, nonchè il nuovo itinerario internazionale “Trieste – La vocazione Mitteleuropea di un Porto” – a sua volta verificato con lo scouting party del 1-2 febbraio u.s, e ora online nella demo list cliccabile da titolo TuTourItaly sulla nostra homepage www.tsunamiclub.it <http://www.tsunamiclub.it>  . - e nuove proposte
6.	Tra queste si descriverà il nuovo filone turistico esplorativo di osservazione e fotografia astronomica “Cieli Puliti” avviato insieme al CNAI con lo Stellar Sunday al Castello-Osservatorio di Mompeo lo scorso maggio, in intersezione con l’itinerario TuTourITaly “Footsteps of San Francesco” tra Rieti e Roma,  e ora riproposto (vedi locandina qui a fondo pagina) , per il pomeriggio del sabato 5 aprile 2025 alla Clubhouse di Belmonte in Sabina (RI), con il Mini-Camp di osservazione e fotografia astronomica “popolare” (si concluderà con una cena medievale presso la Clubhouse e sarà integrato con altre iniziative tematiche opzionali nell’arco del week-end)

Dear members,

as published on our website’s News, the Ordinary Assembly 2025 of Tsunami Club will be held (final call) on Friday 4th april 2025 – h18-20 at our HQ c/o Shortman Consultants Via Enrico Glori 40 – post code 00137 (Roma). Two sessions will be held in sequence. 1st session on Tsunami Club, the 2nd, right after, on its sister association Assocorce. 

A fingerfood buffet based on delicacies from the TuTourItaly Itineraries will conclude the event. The Assembly is open to our members accompanying persons who wish to know more about our activities – RSVP in this case on this email or on cellphone +39 335 6303504. Obviously only regular Members with 2025 subscription will have voting right (therefore please regularise your position in case you haven’t done it yet, also using the online payment area in our website’s Activities section). It will be also possible, for those who cannot attend onsite, to participate (voting or not voting) remotely, using the MSTeams teleconference link herebelow; in this case it is necessary to communicate in advance, your intention to use this link.

The Agenda of the Assembly i sas follows: 

1.	Approval of 2024 Balance Sheet and 2025 Budget (the two Drafts will be briefly sent to Members only)
2.	Round table on how to increase membership and intensify promotional actions, also jointly with Assocorce and DMO H2O
3.	Humanitarian cooperation and charity (Ukraine, Burundi and Tanzania, etc.)
4.	Sport events: dates for the next Tsunami Padel Tournament Beginners in may (Rome, New Panda Club, via Nomentana 1070 - all in one day)
5.	Reporting on the “open scouting parties” experimented on the four operational itineraries in the Lazio Region, as well as on the first international itinerary (Italy, Slovenia, Croatia) “Trieste – The Middle european vocation of a Port”, verified with its final test by the scouting party of 1-2 february last, and now online in the demo list downloadable from the TuTourItaly title on our homepage www.tsunamiclub.it <http://www.tsunamiclub.it>  – and new proposals
6.	Among these, we will illustrate the new thread of exploration tourism in astronomical observation and photography “Cieli Puliti (Clean Skies)”, in collaboration with CNAI: after the first experience of the “Stellar Sunday” at Mompeo’s (RI) Castle – Observatory in may last, the second event is now scheduled (see the poster attached at page bottom) for Saturday 5 april 2025 at the Belmonte in Sabina (RI) Club House , where a Mini-Camp for “popular” astronomical observation and photography will be held (followed by a medieval dinner at the Clubhouse and integrated during the weekend with some separate optional theme initiatives on the underpinned Itinerary “Footsteps of San Francesco”)
