Cari soci, 

ci ricolleghiamo alla sospensiva per emergenza della convocazione in oggetto
(inizialmente convocata per il 25 marzo 2026) per informarvi che, tornati
alla normalità, la nuova data stabilità è 

martedì 7 aprile 2026

Tutto il resto rimane invariato (odg, link di partecipazione online, ecc.,
come da messaggio email originario opportunamente riportato qui sotto), solo
l’orario d’inizio viene ritardato alle 19.00 anziché 18,45, per consentire
la chiusura della precedente Assemblea Assocorce.

Cari soci, 

come anticipato nella convocazione in oggetto del 10 marzo u.s. (vedi in
copia qui sotto), ecco in allegato il draft del Bilancio la cui approvazione
è al primo punto dell’OdG. Ricordiamo che, anche in considerazione dei
numerosi e nuovi punti in programma, la partecipazione (possibile sia online
che in presenza) è aperta anche a simpatizzanti non votanti. Per i soci
votanti (ricordarsi chi non lo ha fatto di regolarizzare la quota 2026 per
potere esercitare il diritto di voto) che intendono partecipare in presenza,
nonché per i non votanti che sono interessati a partecipare ai lavori (sia
online che in presenza), ricordiamo che (dato il limitato numero di accessi)
è obbligatoria la pre-registrazione entro martedì 24 marzo.

Rimaniamo a disposizione per ogni chiarimento e vi inviamo i nostri più cari
saluti. Trovate qui sotto il link token MSTeams per accedere da PC o da
telefono. E’ consigliabile partecipare con l’applicazione free scaricata
anticipatamente sul vostro device.

Dear Members, 

as anticipated in the call for our yearly Tsunami Club Assembly forwarded on
10 march last (see in copy hereunder), you can fine here attached the draft
2025 Statements which are the first point to discuss in the Agenda. We
remind you also that, due to the various and new items on the Agenda, the
participation (possible both online and face to face) is open also to non
voting interested persons. For the voting members (please settle your 2026
membership fee to ensure your valid voting right if you haven’t yet) wishing
to take part in presence, as well as for the non voting persons wishing to
take part (both online and in presence), we remind that (due to the limited
access allowance) it is mandatory to register within Tuesday 24 march.

We remain available for any clear ups and send you our dearest regards.
Please find hereunder the MSTeams token to access to the online mmeting from
your PC, smartphone, etc. It is advisable to participate with your free
application downloaded on your device beforehand.

Cari soci, 

l’Assemblea annuale Tsunami Club è convocata (seconda convocazione) in data
mercoledì 25 marzo 2026 presso la sede Shortman Consultants, via Enrico
Glori 40, Roma, alle ore 18,45.  Questo qui di seguito è l’Odg nel quale è
ancora possibile inserire ulteriori punti di interesse:

*	Approvazione Bilancio consuntivo 2025 e Previsionale 2026
*	Iniziative in programma e incremento membership: astrosaturdays alla
Clubhouse di Belmonte in S. (itinerario francescano TuTourItaly) e altrove,
Padel tournament, altri itinerari TuTourItaly (i.e. Trieste Mitteleuropea),
“contest” Corto Comico Etico, iniziative nei Territori e nei Quartieri
*	Altre iniziative (etica, cooperazione, formazione)

A breve invieremo il token MSTeams per il collegamento online. Si ricorda
che chi desidera può anche, e volentieri, partecipare in presenza
(obbligatorio registrarsi prima data la limitata capienza). Si ricorda
altresì che la partecipazione attiva (ovvero votante) è riservata ai soci in
regola con la quota associativa annuale (informarsi se non si è certi presso
la Segreteria scrivente). Al più presto invieremo la bozza del Bilancio 2025
e posteremo anche sul thread e sul sito web.

the yearly Tsunami Club Assembly will be held (final call) on Wednesday 25th
march 2026 (h. 18,45) at the HQ c/o Shortman Consultants, via Enrico Glori
40, Roma. See herewith the Agenda which can still be integrated by any other
suggested item of interest :

*	Approval of Year 2025 Statutory Statements
*	Planned initiatives and Membership increase:  astrosaturdays at the
Clubhouse in Belmonte in S. (TuTourItaly franciscan itinerary) and
elsewhere,  Padel tournament, other  TuTourItaly  itineraries (i.e. Trieste
Mitteleuropea), “contest” Corto Comico Etico, activities in the Territories
and  Quarters
*	Other initiatives (etics, development cooperation,  formation)

We will shortly send the MSTeams token for connecting online. We remind you
that if you are interested you are also welcome to participate personally
(but you have to register before because of the limited venue allowance). We
also remind that for your active (voting) participation you have to be
regular with the annual fee payment 2026 (you can contact the writing
Secretariat in case of doubt). We reserve to send you ASAP the draft 2025
Statements. We are also posting this message to the Tsunami thread and on
the website.

PS Dato il sempre più stretto collegamento tra Tsunami Club e la consorella
Assocorce (per i profili professionali dell’internazionalizzazione
socio-economica) l’Assemblea Tsunami Club sarà preceduta dalla (breve)
analoga Assemblea annuale Assocorce, nella quale si tratteranno
sinteticamente gli argomenti che saranno poi sviluppati anche nella
Assemblea Tsunami Club.
